/01 Phoenix Solutions
Marketing site 5 pages Managed IT · Houston

Managed IT, without the brochure.

Client: Phoenix Solutions — IT support company in Houston since 2012.

Their problem

The old site read like a 2009 MSP brochure: walls of stock text, no clear offer, no mobile flow for the "I need help right now" call. Bounce rate on the home page was north of 70%.

What we built

A focused 5-page site with a single headline promise, three service lanes (Managed IT, Cloud, Phone), and a quote flow that ends with one tap-to-call button. Static HTML/CSS, served from Cloudflare's edge.

Result

Page-weight dropped from ~3MB to <200KB. Time-to-interactive on a 4G phone is under 1s. The phone-quote CTA is now the single most-clicked element on every page.

/02 Al Andalus Group
Marketing site Video hero Weddings & events · Lebanon

A wedding brand that feels like the venue.

Client: Al Andalus Group — wedding & events venue at Casino Piscine Aley.

Their problem

The venue's story was buried in a generic template — pastel, stock photography, no mood. Bookings were happening over WhatsApp with no online presence to anchor the brand.

What we built

An atmospheric single-page experience built around an autoplay video hero, set to a serif quote, with a quiet "Skip" for people who'd rather scroll. React + Vite, deployed to Cloudflare Pages.

Result

First-time visitors now spend an average of 2m+ on the page. Inquiries reference the site unprompted — "we saw your video" — which is the strongest signal a venue site can send.

/03 CPS Pharmacy Delivery
Web app 3 roles · 1 console Delivery ops · Houston

A delivery console that replaced 4 spreadsheets.

Client: CPS Pharmacy — local pharmacy running 30+ deliveries/day with one dispatcher.

Their problem

The dispatcher tracked deliveries across four Google sheets: today's deliveries, today's routes, driver payouts, and patient addresses. Cross-sheet typos cost hours every week and overpaid drivers twice in one month.

What we built

A single-page web app on Cloudflare Pages + D1 (SQLite) + KV sessions. Three roles — admin, dispatcher, driver — each see only what they need. Route builder auto-groups pending deliveries into a driver's day.

Result

Replaced 4 spreadsheets + a group chat with one console. Dispatch planning dropped from ~45 min/day to <10 min. Driver payouts went from "end-of-month audit" to "approved weekly, never wrong."

/04 Voyage Ledger
Web app Multi-user Travel agency · Beirut

Bookings, invoices, and who-sold-what, finally in one place.

Client: Travel agency with 3 staff, 2 offices, and one founder who wanted to know who closed what.

Their problem

Each consultant kept bookings in their own Excel file. Monthly reconciliation took a full day. Commission disputes were unresolvable because nobody shared a source of truth.

What we built

A booking & invoice tracker where every row is scoped to its owner. Staff see only their own bookings, the founder sees everything, and the admin can export a clean Excel at month-end. Workers + D1 + React-UMD (no build step).

Result

Month-end reconciliation went from a full day to under 30 minutes. Commission questions are answered by a date range + an export, not a meeting. The app pays for itself the first time it saves a dispute.

/05 American Druze Society — Houston
Marketing site Community / non-profit Houston, TX

A community chapter site that looks like the community.

Client: American Druze Society — Houston Chapter · multi-generational non-profit.

Their problem

Previous site was a static brochure: no way to showcase programs, no events calendar, no clear path to "join the family" or "support the center fund." Younger members especially had nowhere to find the chapter online.

What we built

A 6-page narrative site with a multi-generational hero ("one family, five colors, one home"), real stats up front (15+ years, 202+ families, 42+ scholarships), three program pillars (Scholarship · Adya · Community Center), and a dedicated Center Fund CTA.

Result

Replaced a one-page PDF with a real public home for the chapter. The "Join the Family" and "Support the Center Fund" CTAs now sit above the fold on every page, with the program's own language — not borrowed from a generic donation template.

/06 Great Lakes Insurance Solutions
Marketing site Lead capture widget Insurance · Toledo, OH

An independent agency site that quotes in 60 seconds.

Client: Great Lakes Insurance Solutions — independent insurance agency in Toledo, Ohio.

Their problem

The agency's old site buried the phone number under three menus. Visitors bounced before they ever saw the carrier comparison pitch — and the agents knew they were losing quote requests to competitors who let people start a quote online.

What we built

A navy-and-white site with a 3-step "Quick Quote" widget in the hero — Home/Auto/Business · Carrier Comparison · Coverage Area — ending in a single tap-to-call CTA. Real savings math ($847/yr bundle average) sits in the product copy, not in the footer.

Result

The quote widget is now the single most-clicked element on every page. The phone number is in the top-right of the header on every page, not buried in a contact form. Agents report calls coming in faster and with more context — visitors have already self-selected by product line.

/07 Etouch Computers · Houston
Marketing site Repair shop Houston, TX · since 2014

Our own shop site — proof we eat our own cooking.

Client: Etouch Computers — that's us. The same team you'd be hiring.

Why this is here

Every agency says they build great sites. Showing the one we built for ourselves is the easiest way to prove it: same stack (Cloudflare Pages, edge-served HTML/CSS), same attention to the trust signals a small business needs (phone in the header, stat strip, service grid).

What we built

A single-page repair shop site: hero with same-day promise and tap-to-call, stat strip (500+ devices · 4.9★ · Same-Day · 127 reviews), 4 trust badges, services grid (Desktop / Laptop / Virus / Network), reviews, FAQ, contact. Live since 2014, rebuilt into this version most recently.

Result

The phone number is in the top-right of every page, not buried in a contact form. The stat strip answers the three questions a visitor has in the first 5 seconds — "are they legit, are they fast, do people like them" — without scrolling.

"They didn't just build a site — they sat with us and figured out what the site needed to do."

Phoenix Solutions — Houston, TX

"Three months in, the dispatcher is faster, the drivers get paid right, and I stopped worrying about it."

CPS Pharmacy — Houston, TX

"Other agencies hand you a deck and disappear. Etouch is still answering messages a year later."
